At Lailah Lynn Studio, we are committed to providing clear expectations and a professional experience for every customer. Because our services are digital, personalized, and often require advance scheduling or preparation, refund eligibility varies by product.

Creator Consultations
Creator Consultation payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please contact us as soon as possible to request a reschedule. Missed appointments or cancellations made after services have been prepared or reserved may not be eligible for rescheduling.

90-Day Visibility Partnership Brand Fit Deposit
The $250 Brand Fit Deposit is refundable only if Lailah Lynn Studio determines that your brand is not a suitable fit for the Visibility Partnership.

If your brand is approved, the $250 deposit is applied toward the full partnership price and becomes non-refundable.

Submitting a deposit does not guarantee approval.

90-Day Visibility Partnership Final Payment
Once your brand has been approved and the remaining partnership balance has been paid, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Because promotional planning, scheduling, content preparation, and advertising inventory are reserved specifically for each approved partner, refunds will not be issued due to changes in the client’s business, availability, marketing strategy, or decision to discontinue participation.

The Visibility Partnership guarantees the agreed level of promotional exposure or cumulative video views described in the offer. It does not guarantee a specific number of clicks, followers, leads, customers, or sales.

If the guaranteed view threshold is not reached within the stated measurement period, Lailah Lynn Studio will provide additional qualifying promotional placement until the guaranteed threshold is met rather than issuing a refund.

Digital Products and Downloads
All digital products, downloadable materials, templates, guides, and other immediately accessible digital content are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or there is an error with your payment, please contact us so we can review the transaction and correct any verified billing error.
